Experience Summary
I am currently a Licensed Dental Assistant with a Bachelor degree in Pre-dental and Biology. My degrees have allowed me to gain an understanding in many areas of science and grammatical skills due to writing research papers, laboratory reports and literature reviews. As a licensed dental assistant, I educate patients on personal oral hygiene instructions and post-op instructions for major treatments.
In the past, I have taught Sunday school to children between the ages of 5 yrs-9yrs. I have tutored students in English and sciences.
Teaching Style
I enjoy educating children and providing them the resources to promote their academic understandings. I believe that patience, experience and communication is the greatest key in teaching children. I understand that each child learns a subject through a different style than another child. Therefore, I take the time to know the child as an individual student then implement lessons according to the strength of his/her learning styles.
Children are our future; what we teach them today determines what they will know in the future.
