Experience Summary
I have always had a passion for teaching. My B.A. in Chemistry with minors in Mathematics and Philosophy was granted by La Salle University in Philadelphia. The University of Wisconsin—Madison granted my Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (1997), and I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of California—Berkeley (2000-2001). I have reached the point where I wish to leave the biopharmaceutical industry and begin a career in teaching.
Teaching Style
My style is simple. I keep things flexible, adaptive, personal when necessary, and prefer to offer real-life applications of the material taught so students can understand the importance of learning the material.
