Experience Summary
As a high school student, I taught music and math to middle school kids for approximately two years. The music they learned was performed in a competitive circuit in which they placed. As an undergraduate, I served as a study proctor in my sorority from 2007-2009 tutoring in the subjects of math, science, and writing.
Teaching Style
I believe tutoring is not only to raise children's grades, but also to make sure they understand the material so it can be applied to other principles in their future education. I believe not every student can be tutored the same way, and I have confidence that I can mold material in a way that each student can understand.
