Experience Summary
I taught French and Latin at the secondary level for seven years. I used modern techniques and lots of interactive activities to encourage learning.
With Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies, I trained the mobile sales force on productivity tools and sales tools. I led the productivity consultant team in designing curriculum and delivery methods in many flavors: Face to face, online, hard copy. I also led the design and maintenance of our internal website and helped with enhancements to the Agilent website such as the Online Store.
I am also a certified MS Office Specialist and have volunteered as a computer skills instructor for non profits.
Teaching Style
I believe students need to be engaged and enjoy the teaching process. I also believe every day examples that they identify with helps them apply their learning and retain the knowledge.
I am enthusiastic and committed to helping students learn and experience success. I often used games in the classroom to assist learning.
