Experience Summary
I am extremely passionate about all topics related to the biological sciences. I earned a bachelor's degree in Biology. During my undergraduate education I had the opportunity to enhance my ability to educate others and share the fascinating world of biology. I was honored with a teaching position in Osteology and tutored students in Cell biology and statistics. I had phenomenal success with my students and found myself tutoring fellow biology students in my own classes for fun.
I also have a masters degree in Ecology and Evolution. During this time I worked as an anatomy and physiology instructor.
I also worked as an instructor at Globe University teaching Earth Science, General Biology, and Environmental Issues.
Teaching Style
Personally I believe in guiding the student through a topic until they reach self-discovery. I absolutely love watching a student grasp a challenging topic especially when I have directed them through the material and they reach the answers on their own. This facilitates a student's personal satisfaction/self-esteem and enhances their excitement for the given subject. This is incredibly rewarding for myself and the student.
