Experience Summary
With over 15 years of corporate work history as a Materials Science Engineer I possess a wealth of experience in research and end-use applications. That experience is enhanced by a foundation in mathematics and advanced sciences from the number four engineering school in the nation. I am currently pursuing my masters in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.
Teaching Style
I tend to teach from theory to application whenever possible. Realizing the benefits in industry tends to drive home the potential for actually applying what you learn in some of the more "obscure" sciences.
