Experience Summary
I am an experienced tutor in math and various sciences (mainly chemistry), with over three years of tutoring experience. Currently I tutor privately and at a tutoring center. I have a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and am very skilled with Science and Math. Having graduated top of my class, tutoring others comes natural to me. I enjoy helping people further their education.
I am very good at teaching Mathematics (Algebra I & II, Trigonometry, Geometry, Calculus, SAT/ACT/CRCT prep), Science (Chemistry and Physics). "Most of my students have seen progress after only one session." It gives me great pleasure to see students do better in their subjects they are struggling with. Everyone can learn the material, it's just a matter of finding the way it makes sense to you. Everyone's brain works differently.
Teaching Style
I enjoy working with all age groups and believe that anyone can learn anything. It's just a matter of finding the way for things to make sense. Every brain works differently and I have experience in simplifying complex problems in order for the students to better understand them. I like working one on one as well as tutor in groups. During college I have tutored numerous classmates in various chemistry courses as well as math and science outside the university. Never have I given up on a student for not understanding the material. If anything we worked harder and more to find ways to understand the materials.
