Experience Summary
I have 10 years of cumulative academic tutoring, industrial training and personal training experience. My tutoring experience includes tutoring Psychology at SUNY Brockport College. My training experience includes being an industrial preceptor with The American Red Cross and training multiple individuals in industrial positions. My liberal arts education provides me with a broad spectrum of subject areas including mathmatics, english and biology. My education in psychology provides extensive grammar skills and advanced statistical and mathmatical skills with the analysis of data. My certificate in biotechnology provides advanced laboratory skills, microbiology, genetics, mathmatical skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and data analysis.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching, tutoring and training others. I believe that each individual has their own personal learning style and I match that style in my teaching approach. I meet the student on their own personal level. I am extremely patient, kind and thorough, as well as firm and fair in reaching students. I believe that a student should be comfortable and calm in their surroundings.
