In 1977 I was appointed Basic Skills Coordinator (Title-1). I was a member of NJ Association of Federal Program Administrators, the National Association of Federal Education Program Administration. I am a life member of Phi Delta Kappa, an International Professional Fraternity for Educators, and numerous other professional associations.
Teaching Style
Teaching is what has occupied my professional life for 35 years. I not only worked in regular classrooms of more than 30 students, but for a number of years worked in small-group instructional settings. I prefer very small group instruction as away of explaining a concept or skill that may not be easily grasped in a larger setting. I do strive to make a difference in all of my student's lives, and I believe I have done that. I treat students with the kind of respect that I expect to be treated with.
