Experience Summary
I have 20 years of Finance, Information Systems and Engineering experience. As a person that put himself through college, both undergrad and grad school and then taught at a local Community College, I bring a unique perspective on the value that education can bring to a person's life. From an industry perspective, I have both developed and trained employees and received training prepared by other employees.
Teaching Style
I prefer a one on one or a classroom style envionment. One on one training allows me to focus on the student and understand the areas that he or she may be having difficulty with which allows me to tailor my curriculum to the student's needs.
I believe in hands on work by the student such that he or she can demonstrate back to me that the concepts have been understood.
