Experience Summary
Progressing regularly as a manager for a manufacturing company that demanded full and up-to-date training, I have been involved as a panel member for industry forums (PIMA), trainer for my staff in Customer Service and professional associations. A major part of my responsiblity was to create and give presentations on the industry and its technical characteristics of various grades of substrate.
In addition, I have been active on boards of directors for civic and for profit organizations in guiding them toward economic viability.
Teaching Style
Due to the lecturing I have done within the industry my style seems to be one of encouraging questions for complete understanding. There are no bad questions, only questionable answers. If there is some aspect of a subject that is hard to grasp, I believe that others in the classroom/lecture hall benefit from reiteration. The goal of teaching is to see the lightbulbs come on inside the students minds as evidenced by their questions, discussions and testing.
