Experience Summary
As a Webster University graduate, I pursued advanced degrees (Master of Arts) in the fields of HR Management and HR Training and Development. I also attained a BS in Business Administration at Spalding University. I have used the Training and Development degree to a large extent. This comes with tutoring adults to young children in the areas of English, Grammer and Writing. This training that I have done has occured for the last 10 years. I have also participated in projects with Measured Progress in scoring in the areas of English Essays and Social Studies.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and training along with working with children and adults. Everyone has the potential to excel in a particular area. Working as an substitute teacher gives me the opportunity to assist in the teaching and instruction of students and at the same time assist the classroom teacher. I have working one on one with students especially in the foreign language field of Spanish. Patience is a virtue especially when training young minds. A few extra hours in a day learning can make a huge difference later in life for children and adults.
