Experience Summary
I have my BS degree in Elementary Education and have taught first grade, fourth grade, and math to grades 1-6. I have also coached girls' softball, been a girl scout leader, and taught Project Self Esteem, and raised two children of my own! After years of owning businesses and selling real estate, I have concluded that working with children is the most rewarding experience there is! I feel that I have a special talent for working with children and making learning fun!
Teaching Style
I have always been of the philosophy that all children can learn! To help each child achieve success, it is up to the teacher to find the method that works for each individual student. Teaching is a special talent. Many people can be knowledgeable about a given subject but that does not mean that they can take their knowledge and convey the information in a fun and easy to understand manner to their students. I feel I have that special talent and I make each childs' success my personal goal.
