Experience Summary
I have no teaching experience but I'm in the process of getting my State Of Georgia teaching certification though troops to teachers program sponsor by the Georgia Department of Labor. I also applied and was accepted in the Thomson Learning program teaching ESL in South Korea for one year. I was also employed part time as a GED Test Proctor though Harrisburg Area Community College. I was a male mentor and a member of the Big Brother Program in Harrisburg PA.
Teaching Style
The teaching style I prefer begins with making each child feel important and presenting the material in a way that everyone understands and feels comfortable. I'm currently enrolled in the Start Smart Early Childhood Subtitute teaching program sponsored though the United Way. This training provides an on hands class stimulation and different teaching methods. It is my goal to make learning fun and rewarding.
