Experience Summary
Throughout my four years at Siena College i have been involved in the tutoring done by the Siena College physics club. this tutoring has been all general and specific fields of math and science. I have covered such fields as math through differential equations, general physics through relativity and modern, and general chemistry. I also have knowledge of advanced physics courses such as solid state physics, electrodynamics, advanced mechanics, and quantum mechanics.
Teaching Style
teaching is something that, to me, is unique when dealing with science education. When dealing with science there are many different ways of looking at the same problem. It is important for the student to keep his or her view of the problem and to work off of that view, rather than to change the view to the teachers. This makes it much more interesting for the teacher to adapt to the different ways of learning for each student and to build their education off of how they view science.
