Experience Summary
As a man passionate about reading and grammar, I was driven to achieve a BA in English from Montana State University. Along with my BA in English, I have taken many education classes with the hope that one day I would become a high school english teacher. In addition, I have extensive experience dealing with children of all ages and backgrounds. I was a camp counselor for many year and on the National Youth Council of National Farmers Union. During both of these wonderful experiences, I have had the honor to tutoring students in English, arts and leadership skills.
Teaching Style
I absolutely love teaching and working with all children. I know from my education classes that children can learn in a variety of different ways. I personally believe that each child has a learning style all their own and it is up to us as teachers to tap into that style and help the student succeed. My goal is not only to provide the best education possible but I also hope to make a difference in the life of the student. In my own personal experience, I know that educators are some of the most important people in a child's life and I know I can help the child love to learn.
