Experience Summary
I was heavily involved with multiple programs at work. I was a trainer on the lines whenever we had a new model year and different equipment was going to be installed. I developed different programs for problem solving,change methodology, self-managing work teams, planned maintenance strategy, visual controls, welding,and payroll. Everyone that worked on the lines had to know all of the jobs in order to maintain a required production level to make shipments on time.
Teaching Style
I am a true believer in the power of one on one teaching. I believe that it is important to teach people in such a way that works the best for them. I think people can be taught in various ways and still achieve the same goals. I have taught groups of people and have worked with individuals.I will do whatever it takes to help people want to set their their goals and achieve them.
