Experience Summary
As a Graduate of the College of St. Joseph, I am committed to helping people in my community in any way that best enables them to help themselves. I have earned my Bachelor Degree In Human Services and I have gained the understanding that every one learns differently and at their own pace.I have tutored students in english, Math and science and History.I also have tutored students in reading and learning how to read. I have the skills to tailor my tutoring to each student in order to maximize their ability to learn effectively.
Teaching Style
I believe that students have many ways of learning. I believe that all students have the capability to learn, given the opportunity. I offer many ways of learning and retaining to my students. I use creative and critical thinking skills to my students , so that they may retain and fully understand what they are learning.I strive to "fine tune" every tutoring session to the student. To me, success comes in many different ways, with the result being that the student has 'mastered' the subject to the best of his/her ability.
