Experience Summary
I am currently a student at East Stroudsburg University, studying special education and psychology. I am just finished my first semester of student teaching and will be completing the second one in the fall, graduating in December. I have completed several hours tutoring for college of the past 3 years. I have also had two student teaching placements already. The first was in a third grade inclusion setting and the second in a k-2 life skills room. In both settings I was teaching all subjects on several different levels.
Teaching Style
I love working will all children, seeing their strengths and weaknesses. I feel that all children can learn you just have to find the best way to approach each student's individual learning style. I believe in using many different teaching styles and utilizing all the senses. My goal is to make an impact on each of my students. Helping them realize that they are smart and that they can do anything they want as long as they try.
