Experience Summary
As a former quality control and regulatory affairs management professional in the pharmaceutical industry I understand the skill sets needed to be successful in working field of science. I have received a bachelor and master degree in the field of biology and have recently completed the course work resulting in NYS teacher certification. I am also going to graduate school to get an advanced degree in exceptional education adolescence at Buffalo State College.
I have taught remedial math and science at an inner city high school with about 70% of students achieving minimum competency in NYS Math or Science Competency Exam. I have recently been working in a suburban high school in the area of Biology and General Sciences
Teaching Style
I teach from the heart and as such can reach out to meet the needs of individual students as can be seen by my interest in special education. I am very patient but at the same time demanding, so as to allow each student to become all they are capable of being. With over 25 years of worldwide experiences living in Europe, Australia, and throughout the US I have many experiences to bring science to life for my students.
