Education has always been important in my life. My goal in high school was to be a teacher.I have a Bachlor of Arts and a Masters in Elementary Education.I am certified as an Elemenatry Teacher K-8th in New Jersey and Arizona. In addition, I have a Provisional ESL Endorsement in Arizona.I have 11 years teaching basic skills in reading, writing, and mathfor k-8th grades which enables me to work with individuals or small groups. I am experienced in testing students in Dibels,Terra Nova,and Aims.
Teaching Style
I beleive a teacher be a role model for her students. Students need to see positive behavior that they cam emulate and become self motivated. I beleive children can learn in different ways.
I have a passion for teaching.I am paitent and considerate. I have 21 years experience as a classroom and basic skills teacher.
