Experience Summary
Throughout my job positions I have mentored and tutored new coworkers to bring them up to speed on business/IT systems. I have written technical documentation and test cases for 7 years. Recently, I was attending writing-intensive classes at Empire State College which has enabled me to brush up on grammar and writing for research papers. I currently script requirements and scenarios for an IT company as a Business Analyst.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is patient and relaxed. I encourage children to find the answers on their own with my guidance and tons of encouragement. I feel that children flourish in this type of environment. I strive to provide all the tools, guidelines, and expectations necessary up front in order to create a relaxed environment where the focus is on learning and less on apprehension or nervousness.
