About Me

Experience Summary

As a versatile former faculty member of both Colorado State University and Pueblo Community College, I have achieved efficiency and challenges associated in variety of disciplines. My credentials inclute but not limited to: •8+ years of college level teaching in mathematics and sciences. •Introduced numerous fresh and upbeat approaches in problem solving techniques, yet unique and refreshing to many students who were taught the fundamentals the traditional style. •Introduced and implemented interactively the idea of learning through associative and intuitive reasoning instead of serial and rational thinking. With a balanced approach, it is paramount to incorporate our feelings in resolving daily problems, for that alone has much greater bearing in our rate of success. •Implemented teaching by heuristics and example. •I have taught and tutored many middle and high school students on and off the campus in Pueblo area, thus I have developed a deep understanding of many problems and challenges that confronts my students. •Developed student assessment, analysis and development in the subject matter(s) and kept my students current on their performance. No student was ever denied the opportunity of failing a course due to his or her past performance.

Teaching Style

I believes that all students as human beings can know truth, create beauty and practice goodness with discipline and love. A teacher or tutor for that matter should be able to prompt and manifests a sense of wonder and depth in his/her students so as to inspire and direct them in finding their own strength. Hence to apply themselves in a creative, productive, and mostly self relient fashion in achieving their short and long term objectives; i.e. encourage and equip students to become the agents of their own education.
