Teaching Style
My teaching style is dependent on the population (age, class size, group type, socio-economic status of school community, availability of materials). In all cases, I prefer to individualize as much as possible- doing heavy diagnostics to find strengths and weaknesses so I can teach to the strengths and buoy up the weaknesses.
I try to be positive, firm but kind, and am open to the uniqueness in each student.
Also, due to my vast life experiences, I feel I can roll with the punches much easier now than when I was younger.
