Experience Summary
As a Teacher Assistant I used to assess changing curricular needs and offers plans for improvement. Providing an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth. With my BA in Social Science , it help me to ensure that the student growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for age group, subject area, and/or program classification.
Teaching Style
I think that we have to a pproach every kids needs in different manners since every kid dont learn at a same pace or way than others. Obviously I Like to use a plan or a Guideline which will help me to identify the need of the student and it will help to place the children in a group that will meet their potential. My Goal as a teacher is to provide to my student the right education and academic potential which are the tools to succeed in the future.
