Experience Summary
My major responsibilities as a tutor include:
-motivating students to think, integrate and apply the courses content,
-identifying the students capabilities and organizing the course materials,
-using teaching methods that make the course concepts interesting and challenging,
-remaining flexible to the needs of each student to meet course objective.
Teaching Style
As an educator, I describe myself as a responsible tutor, facilitator of student learning in Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. My self-definition has evolved over the last several years as I have engaged in tutoring and research in various position of higher education. It is my opinion that tutoring is a privilege and I always enjoyed teaching and working with the students for their academic development. I believe that students are active learners and the role of the tutor is to stimulate their curiosity to learn. I always put students on the center stage to improve my teaching methods and to match the student’s learning capability.
