Experience Summary
I am currently a senior chemistry and biology double major and mathematics minor at Augsburg College. I have been teaching supplemental instruction courses at Augsburg College in general chemistry for two years and in organic chemistry for a year. In addition, I have been tutoring students in mathematics, biology, and chemistry for the past two years.
Teaching Style
Learning has always been important to me and this shows in my student's accomplishments. I think the best way to help students improve in school is to be passionate about what I am teaching. Without passion students have no desire to learn. I am a patient teacher and lead by example. I'm very flexible and am willing to try something different if a student just isn't understanding.
