Experience Summary
I am a recent graduate of Oberlin College, a school known for producing "lifelong learners". As a Neuroscience major, I studied many areas of science, including biology and chemistry, but am also proficient in English and Art. I have previously been an assistant camp teacher in early childhood education, but I have also taught animation techniques to children ages 8-14 in a summer internship position with the National Children's Museum in Washington, DC.
Teaching Style
I am a patient and creative teacher. I tailor my approach to the individual personality and learning style of the student. I enjoy working with children and am determined to help them bloom, whatever the subject matter. I am personally a lifelong learner, and my ultimate goal is to share the experience of academic discovery in a structured and useful way.
