Experience Summary
After graduating college, I began working for a non-profit agency, tutoring kids with behavioral and substance abuse issues. There I tutored students in grades 5-12 in all subject areas. In 2006 I began working for the Clark County School District as a substitute teacher. In April of 2007, I began teaching for CCSD Adult Education Department. I currently teach Independent Studies and GED Prep. I am a teacher for all subject areas.
Teaching Style
I find it a joy and a privilege to be able to help people reach their full potential. I have found that teaching using hands on projects, along with visual and auditory stimulation has proven to be successful. I think that students learn in different ways I analyze each students learning style and develop a curriculum to fit their needs.
