Experience Summary
I have been working with children of and on all my life. My credentials are personal as well as professional. From a personal perspective, I have a child with autism for which I have spent many hours tutoring in the afternoons. I also have another daughter, who has struggled in school. I have spent many hours in the afternoons tutoring her. I also volunteered in a high school helping Special Eduacation kids in the Resource classrooms. This experience along with my education, I believe, qualifies me as a tutor.
Teaching Style
I believe in one-on-one teaching and hands on. These to me are the best way to get through to some children.
Online tutorals are a new way to reach kids and adults alike, since everything now is media based. I feel this is an effective way to reach students.
I will give my best to demonstrate this way of teaching. Hands on and visually seeing also helps to accelerate the learning experience.
