Experience Summary
As a former Israeli high school graduate, and as a university graduate in psychology, I strongly believe that I am highly qualified to teach languages. Parents of previous students often refer others to me, which is the best testament to my tutoring abilities.
Teaching Style
The fact that I am a (relatively) young man helps me to communicate with my students.
I had to study a second language my self, when I was their age, so this is why I try to make it pleasant for them, demonstrate to them that a second language is not intimidating as they might think it is. Just because I keep the meeting “funny” and a pleasant environment, it does not mean that I do not have high expectations of my students; they do get assignments from me, which they are expected to complete giving their best efforts and more. I also give my students quizzes and other forms of testing, such as reading skills and verbal tests.
