Experience Summary
While completing my Master's degree in Public Administration, I worked as a lab instructor and an adjunct instructor for the Basic Skills Department (College Preparatory) at Miami Dade College. In addition, I worked for the Miami-Dade School Board as a substitute teacher for almost six years. I have tutored students in both public and private settings. More recently, I tutored college students with learning disabilities in English, college survival skills, and social studies.
Teaching Style
I am an educator "at-heart". I believe that all children can learn if given an opportunity and support. I am an excellent communicator, and get along extremely well with staff and my students.
