Experience Summary
Dr. Glass' experience in teaching and/or tutoring includes chemistry, environmental science, physical science, earth/space science, algebra I, geometry, FCAT math, HSCT math, and FCAT science. In 2002-'03, Dr. Glass' large high school faculty selected him as the "New Teacher of the Year." Because of his extensive background and experience in law, he also assists students with writing essays/papers. Dr. Glass is active in our community, having served as the primary adviser to a fraternity at Florida International University and as a part-time "teen court" judge.
Teaching Style
Different students work at varying levels, and I customize my teaching format to each student's unique level of interest and/or competence. After earning my doctorate, I continued my lifelong learning ambition by taking graduate courses in exceptional and gifted student education. My philosophy is that "no child should be left behind." I enjoy catering to each student's unique personality and disposition.
