Experience Summary
As students who graduated with honors from 2 major universities, I believe that education is a very important aspect of my life. Furthermore, in the educational program the United States Air Force, I gained over 20 years of experience working and teaching our students across this country, as well as overseas. I am also presently pursuing a doctoral degree because I want to make an impact in the field of education as well as, through teaching and guiding the way for our students. For the past few years, I have been tutoring in social studies, language arts, and multiple other subjects.
Teaching Style
In the field of education, an educator’s duty is to exceed the highest standard of teaching, to be knowledgeable of education reforms and new laws, and to guide the growth of students in a classroom setting. I believe that it is a teacher’s responsibility as an educator to plan, to guide, and to evaluate each student’s progress. Finally, I truly believe educators have a duty to continue on the journey as a learner to discover new ideals, new technology, and new way to stimulate learning in the classroom. Furthermore, as a teacher, I view teaching as a passion and calling that drives me to be the best in the profession of education. In fact, one of the goals of a teacher should be to encourage students to think out of the box when thinking of new ways to motivate learning in the classroom.
