Experience Summary
I am a dynamic and motivated Sr. Financial Analyst with over 12+ years of financial experience. Aside from Finance, I am also exposed to accounting closes on a monthly basis. I have earned a bachelors degree in Economics. During the last 2 years, I have volunteered to be a teacher at Our Lady of Peace Catholic church. I teach both a Vietnamese language class (46 students) and a Bible class (38 students).
Teaching Style
Helping children brings out the best in me and I enjoy it very much. This year, in my Bible class, I taught using group work and examples. These students were 12 - 16 years old. I found that they needed motivation and an enthusiastic teacher to keep them attentive. I often told jokes and give real examples in life that helped them better understand my lessons. For my Vietnamese language class, these students were 8 - 15 years old. They required more patience than my other class so I taught this class a little slower and provided more hand holding.
