Experience Summary
I was a member of the AT&T Regional Education Center staff where my primary responsibilities included development/delivery of custom technology presentations and delivery of required sales certification courses. I was a member of team that developed comprehensive call center curriculum offered as a fee-based product by AT&T Call Center Consulting. This included courses specific to associate, supervisor and manger in the areas of customer service, inside sales and account management. These courses were later adopted as accredited course offers by Purdue University. I have served the last 5 years as an ESL tutor for Literacy Green Bay. Areas of strength would include elementary mathematics, American History, English and Reading.
Teaching Style
I have often been cited as an engaging instructor. Able to make complex concepts eminently understandable. I like to work in an open forum type of environment and encourage class interaction as a primary learning vehicle. Nothing in my life or career has provided me with greater personal satisfaction than to impart knowledge to those who truly seek it.
