Experience Summary
I spent most of my career training adults. For the last two years I have been employed with Richmond City Public Schools as a Title I Math Tutor. Growing up, I had a family of educators to encourage me to strive to do my best. Tutoring in the Richmond City School system has given me the opportunity to tutor and encourage these students to strive for their best. I have found my niche because of my love for children combined with my desire see them succeed academically.
Teaching Style
Knowing each child learns differently, an assessment of their progress based on test scores, observations and on-on-one tutoring, gives me the strategy I use to develop an individual plan. Some students work well in small groups and other need individual tutoring.
