Experience Summary
With my experience working in preschools for the past few years, I have gained much knowledge in encouraging growth and development among children in many fields including reading and writing. I seek to gain my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education at the same time as I gain more experience in the field.
Teaching Style
It is a teacher’s responsibility to target what may hinder a student’s progress and to make sure every child understands that each individual has unique talents. A teacher must explore each child’s strengths and weaknesses, and encourage them towards developing confidence in finding their talents. I believe that without encouragement and recognition of their talents, any potential for a child to find success in any given subject area may be impeded. With reassurance, development in children increases in all areas. This development brings progress among both teachers and students, improving the quality of education.
