Experience Summary
After recieving my Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. I went on to pursue my Master's Degree in Chemistry. While attending the program, I was required to be a teacher's assistant for a year. However, it turned out that I had to teach the general chemistry lab. I enjoyed it and when my year was up, I went on to become a Teacher's Assistant for a general chemistry lab, which in this position I aided the teacher and addressed any question that students had. I did this for a semester. Futhermore, while in undergrad I was tutor for elementary students and I did that for a semester as well. Helping students to be their best is my passion.
Teaching Style
My style of teaching envolves helping students to understand the significance of what they are doing. I believe from there it provides students with a sense of purpose and better prepares them to learn the material. In the near future, I plan on going back to school to pursue a Master's Degree in Secondary Education thus 6-12 grade is my target focus group. Furthermore, I am very passionate when it comes to helping others and I have no problem with slowing down or re-going over the material as much as needed, while providing a positive attitude.
