Experience Summary
I have over 5 years of tutoring experience. I independently tutored in Physics while in my Junior and Senior year earning a Bachelors in Physics and minor in Mathematics. I have extensive Math skills and taught Calculus, all levels, at the San Antonio College for several years. It was then that I found out how much I enjoyed tutoring Calculus. I also have a Masters of Science degree awarded from the UT Health Science Center in Medical Health Physics.
Teaching Style
I will eventually obtain my PhD in Medical Physics so that I can teach the subjects I have a passion for at the college level. I do have experience teaching high school students as well. I have a straight forward approach to teaching. I get to the point and cater my teaching approach to the individual since not everyone learns the same way. My teaching is simple and easy to understand, no complicated terms unless the student is ready.
