Experience Summary
I have over 8 years of experience as an assistant trainer for AT&T training and coaching new hired employees and aggressively working with call center agents that were struggling in their day to day tasks as sales and customer service representatives. I went to trade school while in high school and studied Early Childhood Education where I had book work for half of the day and the other half of the day I worked as a Day Care Teacher with children from 6 weeks old to age 4.
Teaching Style
I am very passionate about teaching and training. My goal is to make sure that the information that I am teaching is understood and I am committed to work with individuals until the information is understood. I am very patient and reliable.
