Experience Summary
As a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in English/Language Arts and a teaching certificate in Elementary Education, I was hoping to help students succeed. I have worked with students from K-12th grade by substitute teaching both long and short term. Most recently, I have been a Site Coordinator for an alternative high school after school program where I provided students with tutoring and extracurricular activities.
Teaching Style
I love working with students of all ages. I believe that students have different styles of learning and all learn at their own pace. I would love to help your child find academic success. I am a patient, kind-hearted individual who can flexible to the needs of students. I think it's important to expose students to different ways of learning and help them to succeed with what approach works best for them. My goal is to help the student succeed while making a difference in their life.
