Experience Summary
I am currently a doctoral candidate for my PhD in Organizational Leadership. I also hold a Masters degree in Human Relations, an applied social science; a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and also an associate’s degree and professional/military certification in the Arabic (MSA) language. I have instructed as a graduate and undergraduate faculty member in the fields of Human Relations and Leadership. I currently work with a tutoring center and an online tutoring company in a wide range of areas, to include: social studies, math through pre-calculus, Spanish, and career help. In all, I offer a broad palette of subjects to help your student achieve their educational goals.
Teaching Style
I thoroughly enjoy teaching young minds. Regardless of the reason that student is seeking tutoring, whether it be a demonstrated deficiency in performance, or a desire to excel in the subject matter, tutoring is an ideal method to provide individualized instruction to the student and tailor that instruction for maximum efficacy. As a tutor, one may vary their teaching style from student to student and further modify their approach with each student dependent upon daily emotional and motivational changes of said student. In all, I am firm in my overall teaching style but am malleable to the exigencies of the moment and the aspect of individualization is the component of tutoring that appeals most to me.
