I have extensive research experience in these fields, and am most interested in improving the standard of living of those in need. I have worked on several projects, in the U.S. and abroad, incorporating sustainable energy and improving health conditions. Currently I am on the Technology Innovation Development Committee with AHEAD Energy Corporation and working to implement solar technologies in communities in Uganda. I have worked with students in basic science, chemistry, mathematics, and english.
Teaching Style
I am a hands-on learner and believe that the best way to teach is to have the students participate. Students should be comfortable in their learning environment, and as a teacher, it is important to adapt your teaching methods to fit the students strengths. I believe that passion drives the learning process; when a student is interested in the subject at hand, they are much more likely to gain the most from the experience.
