Experience Summary
I have earned two degrees, BS in Elementary Education and MS in Special Education. I taught at the Center for Disability Services from June 2006 to June 2010 in the Clover Patch Early Childhood Education program. I have worked in various integrated and self-contained classrooms, along with in student's homes. I have a vast knowledge base of the early childhood and school-age curriculum along with a strong passion for teaching young children. I also have experience working one-to-one with a wide range of students including students diagnosed with multiple disabilities, autism, asperger’s, emotionally disturbed, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, etc.
Teaching Style
It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher who will make a positive contribution to the children I serve. I feel that my education and experience will help me to prepare my students to reach their greatest potential and succeed to their greatest ability. As a teacher, I am determined, enthusiastic and highly motivated to help others find success. I welcome hard work and pride myself on my dependability and ability to work well with others.
