Experience Summary
During the past sixteen years, I have taught a variety of subjects including Language Arts, Reading,Science,Spanish,and French.I have also taught middle school students that receive home instruction in all subject areas.
Currently, I teach Spanish in Ventnor Schools. I received my education from the University of Pennsylvania and studied in Alicante, Spain. My French degree is from Penn State. In France, I worked in an adventure camp in the Ardeche.
My recent undertaking has been teaching students to read through the Wilson Reading Program. Wilson is designed for students who have difficulty decoding words. It is a very successful program and can help all children read.
Teaching Style
My belief is that any student can master subject matter if it is presented in an organized manner at the student's level. My experience has been that many students have difficulty because the information has not been presented correctly. My goal is to have students achieve success in a stress free environment.
