Experience Summary
My passion for teaching started in elementary school. As a student who struggled I relied on tutors to help me through my education. I graded with high honors as an Elementary Education major. I have taught abroad two times, in Grenada and Europe. I have taught 4K in Oconomwoc and 5K in Milwaukee. I have 5 years experience working with Autistic children in metro Milwaukee and also 2 years experience tutoring children in reading and math.
Teaching Style
I believe all students are unique individuals and therefore I teach to each child. I make up a variety of themed lessons and tweek each lesson to meet the various needs throughout my classroom. When tutoring I work with the family and child to develop activities which are appropraite and meet specific needs and goals.
