Experience Summary
Elementary teaching has been my career since 1994. I am experienced with Guided Reading, Direct Instruction, and several special education applications. I have worked with children of all ages and disabilities, including English as a second language. I spent 2 years teaching island children in Guam and 12 years teaching children in Colorado all subjects. I have tutored children during school and also after school programs.
Teaching Style
My style of teaching includes, visual, tactile, and auditory. I have a great ability to determine the teaching style of your child and will guide your child to achieve academic success. I am a firm believer that every child has the right and the ability to learn. My colleagues and former students describe me as determined, patient, caring, and fun. My goal is to help your child reach his/her goals to the greatest level of his/her potential. I am looking forward to successfully working with your child.
