Experience Summary
I tutored part time Math (algebra through calculus) and Sciences
at Olympic College in Bremerton for five years. Worked with everybody, from High School students getting a jump on college, to senior citizens wanting to complete their education.
Teaching Style
Enjoy working with people of all ages who want to learn.
Tend to use the Socrates style of asking questions and building
on the student's response. Try to use real world examples that the student can relate to. I am patient, easy going, and considerate. Try to use some humor to put or keep the student at ease. A relaxed student will probably learn more.
