A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently teaching part time at Globe University, I teach Business Math and Accounting. I enjoy helping my students learn new skills and strive to do their best as they achieve their educational goals. In addition, I have worked in the elementary school as a special education paraprofessional. I worked with four special needs children in the 4th grade. Motivation, learning style, and goal structure are components I consider when setting up a lesson. As a computer programmer, I tend to be task oriented. I like to break a project into smaller chunks with clear boundaries. I believe that having the student participate in defining these goals helps them focus, keeps them from getting overwhelmed, and gives them a way to measure their own success.
